Our team had a wonderful time connecting with seniors in the community at today’s Delano Senior Center Health Fair. 💙 It was a great opportunity to share information about skilled nursing services while meeting so many friendly faces.

Yesterday was a wonderful day celebrating Case Managers Week at Community Regional Medical Center! 💐
The Central Valley South Region Skilled Nursing team — including The Orchards at Tulare, Grand Oaks Care, Grand Oaks Assisted Living, Sequoia Vista, River Walk Care, and Valley View Care — was honored to show our appreciation for the incredible case managers who go above and beyond for patients and families every single day.

We truly value and appreciate our partnership with Community Regional Medical Center and the collaboration that helps us provide exceptional care to those we serve.

Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and freedom that define our great nation. In skilled nursing, we’re honored to celebrate alongside incredible residents, veterans, families, and team members who embody those values every day.

To our veterans and those who’ve served, thank you for your sacrifices and your service.

To our incredible caregivers and staff, thank you for your dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence.
