Being over 50 wonβt stop me.
Fibromyalgia canβt stop me.
Working 16-hour days most days still doesnβt stop me.
I stay consistent in my journey because I have to.
Heart disease runs rampant in my family. Genetics alone could take me outβbut Iβm determined to outlive my ancestors. I will not stop, because I cannot stop. To stop is to invite preventable disease into my life. And thatβs not an option.
πΈ The picture on the left? I was nearly 200 pounds.
I had already started my fitness journeyβwearing a Fitbit, working out daily, eating like a bird, pushing myself to the max... and still gaining weight. I was frustrated, exhausted, and desperate for change.
But I didnβt give up.
I realized something important:
I had pieces of the puzzleβbut not the full picture. It takes more than just exercise. More than just clean eating. It takes the right combination of nutrition, movement, mindset, and education.
So I got smart. I became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I learned what my body actually neededβand I applied it.

Three years ago, I opened this space with one goal: to help people get healthier and change their lives. And I have. But I want to reach even more.
Iβve created a space where fitness is fun, the community is strong, and everyone is welcome.

We offer:
Strength & toning classes (build muscle and burn fat)
High-energy cardio (get your heart pumping!)
Recovery & mobility sessions (improve flexibility, balance, and longevity)
Classes that fit most schedules:
WEEKDAYS: 5am, 6am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
SATURDAY: 6am, 9am, 10am, 11am
SUNDAY: 4pm
Senior Strong (60+ community only): Tues/Thurs 8am
