Here’s a little video I did awhile back on bitterness. I don’t normally do videos, but Spirit sure has a way of making us get uncomfortable with ourselves for the greater good. This was a message God asked me to pass along. Sometimes, Spirit will give you little signs to get your attention… sometimes they are big ones… and sometimes they are really painful ones.

We must listen to our bodies to find the root cause of such DIS-EASE in the body... and it starts with the soul ✨

Good afternoon 🦓 fam ❤️‍🩹 I send you nothing but love and support for an amazing, transformative day 🤗

I am just now starting to get back into being more present on this page and I thank you for your patience and understanding as I try to navigate this new journey and being able to express myself the way Spirit, God, Source is leading me to do - all in order to help others that are in the same place I was just 19 months ago.

Chronic illness and chronic pain took over my life. For 35 years. As recent as 19 months ago, I was bedbound for weeks, sometimes months on end. I was having seizures, paralyzation episodes, I walked with a cane or walker, wore a neck brace and every other brace for years. Starting 20 years prior till then, had more surgeries than I even needed. Battled alcoholism, addiction, obesity, depression, unemployment, you name it.

And I’m a living example of how your mindset and programming can create or destroy your reality. All manifested into severe chronic illness, disease and pain. I’m still learning, healing and growing, but my 🦓 warriors… You can too.

YOU ARE BIGGER THAN YOUR GREATEST FEAR. It starts with letting go. Letting go of all the trauma in our soul. All the generational bull we’ve been handed. Every decision that weighs heavy in our hearts. Every person we need to forgive. All of it.

It’s starts with who YOU truly are. It’s not for the faint of heart - but neither is EDS!!!

WE WERE BUILT TO BE WARRIORS. BELIEVE IT OR NOT - YOU CHOSE PAIN AS A CATALST TO ASSIST YOU IN YOUR JOURNEY OF HEALING THOSE DEEP DNA ACTIVATIONS AND TO AWAKEN WHO YOU TRULY ARE ✨

We are making plans to release a few videos introducing myself and who we are at Zealous Zebras. It will take a little time, but I want to do this with care.

Good morning beautiful 🦓 ❤️

I wanted to take a second and welcome any new members we have. It’s amazing to have you here ❤️ I’ve been out of commission for the last year due to my Mother’s sudden passing at the mere age of 65. She also had EDS, Dysautonomia, severe chronic pain and illnesses, etc. I wanted so badly to help her, but I didn’t know how to help myself back then. But, I’m back and I’m ready to help in any way I can… for you.

I am here to serve YOU. To help in ANY way I possibly can to get you the information you seek and deserve. The information and resources you need to feel better again. To regain control of your life. It won’t be easy, but it’s worth it. And I’m a living example of that.

I have a long story to share, but my recovery is where it’s at. I plan on doing a few posts throughout the next week on some modalities I’ve used that have TURNED MY LIFE AROUND. And no, my advice cost you nothing. Just stick around and let’s do some healing, shall we??
