We live out our mission every day by delivering personalized care in our facility where residents’ comfort and quality of life always come first. We do our best to make sure that our nutritional services offer attractive menu choices at each meal and that our residents enjoy their dining experiences with appetizing food served in the right environment. We keep out activity calendars filled with a variety of events that offer something for everyone because social and physical activities help residents stay healthier, happier and more engaged. Today we want to highlight one of our amazing Environmental Services team members, Jen Livesey!

Jen has been with Vancrest for 3 years, and in that time she has shown dedication, kindness, and a strong work ethic. She was recently married, is a proud cat mom to one spoiled kitty, and is always known for having a smile on her face. Jen is constantly willing to lend a helping hand whenever it’s needed.

We truly appreciate everything you do, Jen. Thank you for being such an important part of the Vancrest team! 💙👏

Mission Monday~Staff Spotlight ✨

On this first Monday of 2026, we are excited to shine the spotlight on one of our amazing dietary team members, Kyra Foust from Delphos. In just a few days, Kyra will celebrate her one-year anniversary with us! Kyra is a proud mom to an adorable baby girl who truly is her world.

Kyra, has already made a huge impact. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and bright smile are enjoyed by both staff and residents every single day. She brings joy and kindness into her role, and it does not go unnoticed.

We truly appreciate all that Kyra does for our residents, staff, and families. We look forward to continuing to grow with her and making many new memories together in this new year.

We had a wonderful time making memories and sharing Christmas cheer at our resident Christmas party yesterday! 🎄✨ Santa and Mrs. Claus even made a special appearance, spreading joy and delivering Christmas gifts to all of our residents. What a magical day filled with smiles, laughter, and holiday spirit!🎄

We are so grateful to the Delphos Kiwanis K-Kids for spending the afternoon with our residents yesterday! 💙 They brought thoughtful gifts to share and filled our halls with Christmas carols, spreading so much happiness and joy to everyone.

Moments like these remind us how powerful kindness and service can be. Helping others truly makes a positive difference, not only for those receiving but for everyone involved.

Puppy kisses, happy faces, and lots of laughs! 🐾✨ Who doesn’t love a puppy visit? Our residents had so much fun when this sweet little pup came in to spoil everyone with love.
