South Florida Yoga Events on the horizon👇

1. Saturday 2/28 from 9 AM to 5 PM. All day yoga classes, dancing, hooping, community, food, and fun. Event is free/donation! I’m teaching 🧘‍♂️ at 1pm!

2. Full Moon Yoga in Delray Beach at Old School square with Jessica and Tuesday March 3rd from 6:30-9 PM! Join us for yoga, ecstatic dance, vendors, community & more. Event is free/donation.

3. Sunrise Beach Yoga every Sunday 6:30 AM at Gulfstream Park! Community classes and all are welcome!

4. Sunrise Beach Yoga & Breakfast Social Sunday 3/15 from 6:30-9 AM at Gulfstream Park / Bond Street Ale & Coffee. First we yoga then we go for coffee donuts breakfast and vibes.

YogaFest is happening Saturday 2/28!

Join me and the community for an all day event full of yoga, music, dancing, shopping, eating, and fun.

This annual event in Fort Lauderdale is a fundraiser for the Be The Change project that helps young leaders learn yoga and meditation and takes them on a yoga retreat to costa rica for a one week immersion.

I’m teaching at 1pm! Won’t you join us???

Attendance and all activities are free/donation.

I never knew how impactful starting a sunrise yoga meetup would be on my life but I can say with conviction it was one of the best choices I ever made and am grateful I get to set my alarm for 5:22 am every Sunday morning.

Our community has grown so much over the years and I am always inspired by those who make the commitment to show up in the rainy times, tundra times, sunny times, muggy times, windy af times, and pristine times.

I love getting to connect with our community more and watching our community connect and come together more. Watching strangers become friends and having a space where all are welcome is my life’s work.

Tomorrow we gather for for sunrise yoga & breakfast social.
