For the longest time I wanted to write an article for Yoga Journal Magazine.

They’ve been sharing my yogimemes for a long time on social media and I’ve gotten to know Renee the editor a bit through the years.

As a yoga teacher trainer and a mentor to many I’ve witnessed first hand the transformation of many teachers who were timid step into their power and thrive in the beginning and are crushing it now! I’ve always aspired to help those who are on this path of service as a teacher.

I know what it is like to try and get out of your own way and hear the inner critic clapping back LOUDLY. I’ve learned to silence that voice and push through from a lot of trial and error, and firm believe that anything is possible.

EXCITING NEW EVENT 👀!!! 10 years ago Sumer and I used to go on lots of date nights after yoga class to the New Vegan in Delray Beach.

I’ve watched the chef and owner grind hustle and continue to evolve bringing high quality food to the community in Delray Beach.

Recently he opened up a new restaurant right on Atlantic Ave called . It’s freaking amazing and they’re hosting our community for a “Next Level Night Out” in their brand new Secret Garden.

You don’t have to be vegan to eat vegan. You will 100% enjoy the incredible menu we have planned along with a DJ, dancing and community fun.

We can’t wait to for this collaboration 10 years in the making coming up Next Thursday April 9th at 6:30 pm.

For one night only the community is wearing non yoga clothes and we’re gonna have a real good time.
