You are Love In the toughest of times, it's the small acts of kindness & understanding that can make all the difference. It is a joy to Serve & Pay it Forward.

Paying Forward Kindness and appreciation One Bracelet at a Time! The creation of the You are Love bracelets began in 2006 when my two friends, Edith & Bob helped me through a difficult time in my life. The bracelet was my reminder to replace fear with love; love for myself and others. Through my healing journey I learned research and science based tools to help me live a happy life. I am an Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner, Flourishing Skills Group Coach, Bounce Back Better Coach, SoulCollage® Facilitator and Certified Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner (EFT). I love to share my work with others in my online & in person workshops. Project You are Love promotes the importance of self love, resilience, community connection, positive self esteem and gratitude. To date Project You are Love has donated over 80,000 bracelets worldwide.
