Florida is flat so to mimic a hill climb I squeeze my glutes and walk with some weights! However, New York comes back in the form of some Broadway music. Really fired 🔥🔥 me up. One hour done and dusted and I got my Broadway on! 🎤🎵🎤

Hey neighbors. I am so super excited and honored to be a part of the first “The Love Market” event being held on June 3rd, 2023.

I am a 500 E-RYT yoga instructor who has been teaching for over 13 years. 🧘‍♀️

The event is starting off with a 30 minute outdoor yoga flow for all levels of yogis. All you need to do is bring your open heart, body and a yoga mat. The class starts at 9:30am, but please arrive by 9:15am to reserve your spot.

One Love, one world and one awesome community. Please join us.
