NEWS RELEASE: Delta Health Rehabilitation Clinic Relocating to 70 Stafford Lane

Delta, CO (August 4, 2025) – Delta Health is pleased to announce the relocation of the Delta Health Outpatient Therapies and Sports Performance Clinic to 70 Stafford Lane, the former Delta Health Pulmonology and Urgent Care location. This move is effective Monday, August 18, 2025.
“The move of our Rehabilitation Clinic has been in the works for a long time, and we are excited to see it come to fruition for our patients and staff,” said Jonathan Cohee, MHA, OT, and Chief Executive Officer for Delta Health.
Not only is the new location larger, but there is improved parking and will allow all of Delta Health’s Rehabilitation services to be housed in one central location including Occupational Therapy, Lymphedema, and Speech and Language Pathology.
“We want to thank our amazing patients for their continued patronage and confidence in the Delta Health Rehabilitation team which contributed to making this move to an expanded clinic space possible,” said Manuel Delgado, MS, PT, Director of Outpatient Therapies and Sports Performance at Delta Health. “We can’t wait to work with our patients in this new larger space, that will allow our team of therapists to continue to successfully rehabilitate our patients, and helping them get them back to living the life they love.”

NEWS RELEASE: Delta Health Pulmonology Clinic Relocating to Delta Health Rehab Location

Delta, CO (August 4, 2025) – Delta Health is pleased to announce the relocation of the Delta Health Pulmonology Clinic to 296 Stafford Lane, the former Delta Health Rehabilitation location. This move is effective Monday, August 18, 2025.
“The new location allows us to expand in space for Pulmonology, while our dedicated staff to continue to provide high quality care for our patients,” said Jonathan Cohee, MHA, OT, and Chief Executive Officer for Delta Health. “Our Pulmonologists evaluate, diagnose and provide treatment and management of adult patients with common respiratory diseases such as asthma, sleep apnea, pulmonary embolisms, and more.”
The Pulmonology clinic relocation is part of a multi-clinic move to better utilize space on the Delta Health campus while continuing to provide critical services for patients.

📣 Due to the Leroux Fire, which is burning outside of Hotchkiss, the Delta Health early blood that was scheduled for Thursday, August 21 at Heritage Hall in Hotchkiss has been canceled. Delta County is using Heritage Hall for Emergency Services teams and the Delta County Fairgrounds for large animal evacuations.
If you registered to attend the Hotchkiss early blood draw, your appointment has been canceled. You are welcome to register to attend the early blood draw on Wednesday, August 20 in Cedaredge or on Friday, August 22 in Delta at Bill Heddles Recreation center by online at https://deltahealthco.org/healthfair/ or by calling 800-217-5866 Monday – Friday from 9:00a - 4:00p.
