👨🏾‍🎓👩🏼‍🎓 ANOTHER LAYER OF STUDENT SUPPORT!

Meet Traci Pearson, ASHS Academic Counselor and AP/Dual Enrollment Coordinator.

With 32 years of experience in secondary education and more than two decades as a counselor serving students in grades 6-12, Traci has spent her career helping young people navigate academic, career, and personal growth. A longtime member of the Demopolis community, she brings deep local connections, a heart for students, and a passion for helping them succeed.

In her role at ASHS, Traci will support students’ academic journeys while helping those pursuing advanced coursework through AP and Dual Enrollment opportunities accelerate their path toward college and healthcare careers.

“Traci brings years of experience serving students and families at Demopolis High School and is deeply connected to the local community,” said Laura Bailey, Dean of Curriculum and Instruction. “As a resident of Demopolis, she and her husband are personally invested in the success of ASHS, and her passion for student support and academic guidance make her an outstanding fit for the roles of Academic Counselor and AP/Dual Enrollment Coordinator.”

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and person of faith, Traci brings the same care and commitment to her professional life that she does to her family—and we are thrilled to have her on the ASHS team. 🌟
