Our pumpkin contest has come to an end! We had so much fun with these masterpieces and we loved seeing all of your reactions, hearing your comments and having you vote! ✅️

For our contest this year, we had each employee draw a name of another employee and create a pumpkin based on that person!🎃

🍁Our first place winner, was Alyssa with her Angie pumpkin!

🍁Our second place winner was Roberta with her Dr.Lynch pumpkin!

🍁 Our third place winner was Dr. Bobier with his Roberta pumpkin!

This was such a fun and creative way to display our skills🤣🤣🤣 Thank you for participating and for helping our staff with bragging rights! Sounds like Alyssa should share her winnings with Angie🤣

Stretching is important to do daily📅, but after a long week, taking time for mindful stretching is definitely beneficial!

💥A favorite stretch of Dr. Meiss is the corner pec stretch. 💥

This stretch relieves chest tightness and pain😫, improves posture and alignment🦴,increases range of motion in the shoulders🤳 and chest and reduces risk of shoulder injuries. 💪

The purpose is to improve posture and flexibility in the chest and shoulder area. These areas become tight if you sit💼 a lot or drive often. 🚙

Massage therapy hours may be somewhat different from chiropractic hours.✅️

The office **IS OPEN**during lunch🍽 hours(12-2 MTW), however, the doctors are at lunch and unavailable. The front office staff will be in and able to help with questions you may have.

Please note that if you leave a voicemail Wednesday after 5 pm or anytime on Thursday, your call will not be returned until Friday.

Our office sends text📲 reminders for appointments, however, please do not reply and the office will not respond to texts. Please CALL☎️ the office with questions. 219-987-7746.
