Hi all,
I’ll be teaching several classes this weekend! Come out to river dance farms for an awesome experience!
It’s free admission but just $10 per car load. You also get $5 off of u-pick fruit with receipt of car parking so it’s a win win! Yoga classes are free !

Hi all!
I’ll be back this year - 2024 to start teaching yoga again! I will be offering yoga in different parks around the area… (earth and sunshine!!) and at a few different locations! I think each yoga class will be unique and a “pop-up” style! Im hoping to also offer child care during some of the classes, right there on site! So keep a look out! I’ll be posting information about it all soon. Comment and Let me know what town/city you would want me to come to or if you know some good parks in the area ! See you all soon! Blessings !!!!

The usual Monday class is moved (just for this week) to Tuesday at 5:30pm -this is kundalini yoga on the beautiful shady lawn in Denair.

Tuesday I will also have chair yoga at 2:00pm at the gaslight theatre
