Happy Mardi Gras from Premier Pediatrics 🎉 Our office will be closed so our staff can enjoy time with their families and join in the festivities.

We will resume normal business hours on Wednesday, February 18th. If your child has a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

❄️ Winter Weather & Storm Safety Tips for our Families ❄️
Cold weather and winter storms can impact little ones quickly. Help keep your family safe by preparing ahead:

👶 For your child:
• Dress in warm layers (hat, gloves, warm socks)
• Limit time outdoors in freezing temperatures
• Keep children dry!!
• Offer warm fluids and regular meals
• Watch for signs of cold stress (shivering, pale skin, unusual fatigue)

🏠 Storm prep reminders:
• Keep extra blankets, diapers, formula, medications, and batteries on hand
• Charge phones and devices ahead of the storm
• Use space heaters safely, plugged directly into a wall outlet
• Avoid using grills or generators indoors
• If traveling is necessary, drive carefully and avoid icy roads when possible

📞 If your child becomes ill or you have concerns during winter weather, our office is here to help. We’ll also share updates if clinic hours are affected.
