Join Premier Pediatrics of Livingston for a fun, informative, and confidence-building session designed just for girls ages 8-12.

💖 What We’ll Cover:

✨ Period prep and self-care tips
✨ Building confidence and body positivity
✨ Handling emotions and friendships

👩‍⚕️ Led by our very own amazing Jennifer Kepper, FNP-C, this class helps girls (and parents!) feel informed, empowered, and ready for the journey ahead.
