I know some people have asked about things for the kids to do this summer. I know that middle school and high school is rough for teen girls. I am going to be a camp counselor at this retreat and would love to see some girls from our area attend.

If you want your child to attend and finances are an issue, please let me know.

Can we take a moment and celebrate mental health professionals? Man if your therapist, life coach, social worker, counselor, spiritual leader, etc. has impacted your life and helped you get to the place you are, THANK them personally! I get it boundaries lol 😂 but it is okay to affirm them 😂 Also I think we all can use a therapist like Michael Dixon has lol 😂 so much Wisdom on this fine Wednesday morning!!! 2 days away!!!

Who told you that men aren’t supposed to cry? Who made the rule that a man can’t express their emotions? Who told single moms that we always have to be strong⁉️🤔
✅✅✅Don’t get me wrong….It is okay to be resilient, it is okay to recover, it is okay to overcome adversity
❌❌❌it isn’t okay to bottle your emotions up and expect to be healed and healthy….

When I saw a post by about his healing journey and his new album , I knew I needed him to share his story with the world.
He said,
“I’ve been taking the gentrification route. pushing out EVERYTHING whether good or bad, bringing in the person I feel like I want people to see when they see me, putting a nice fresh coat of paint on it so it looks good when you pass by. Never actually healing just throwing away and adding new stuff. (Show the best, hide the rest)”…….
Gentrification or restoration which would you choose?we always ask people how they are doing, but truthfully we don’t want to hear anything other than “good”….. so today ask someone “How Are You Healing?”

……Are you going to drown or are you going to swim? Excuses are like have rocks in your pocket in the middle of the ocean. You are going to struggle to survive and get tired in the fight. When you are faced with adversity, only you can decide how you are going to respond. Empty out your pockets please!!! I absolutely love this quote by on the episode of …. He made a choice to not allow his situation to define him. Spent 5 years in federal prison for a crime he did not commit and now is an author of and has multiple businesses and a beautiful wife . 2 years ago my Pastor gave me an opportunity to do interviews and recordings at our church. I had no idea God was preparing me for this moment. Vision board accomplishment checked off!!! With that being said……
I am so excited to drop our new intro song today for . I called and said “hey, can you do a little something for the podcast?” Literally 10 minutes later she had this! 🤯such an amazing talent! BOOOK HER NOW!
