This week, we’re chatting about chiropractic care—our experiences with it over the years and why our baby now gets gentle adjustments, too. (Spoiler: it helps her sleep!)

We also talk about why we hit pause on solids. Even though we started strong with meat stock and avocado, we realized our daughter needs to be sitting up independently before continuing—and it’s a good reminder that it’s okay to change your mind as you learn and grow as a parent. That’s what intentional parenting is all about!

Then we dive into 5 things we wish we had known during or before pregnancy—the kind of stuff no one really talks about until you’re in it. We’re sharing the biggest "I wish I knew that!" moments from our journey… like what early spotting actually means, a supplement that might help prevent tongue ties, why the to-do list never ends, and more. (Oh—and Landon makes a case for the biological reality of the dad bod 😅)

We’re in another sleep regression, officially started solids (just homemade meat stock and avocado so far!), and doing our best to set up a strong foundation for our baby’s long-term health—which brings us to this week’s topic: the thyroid.

This episode is for anyone who:
• Feels exhausted, cold, or foggy no matter how much sleep they get
• Struggles with weight gain, hair thinning, constipation, or low mood
• Has been told their labs are “normal” but still doesn’t feel normal
• Takes Synthroid (levothyroxine) but isn’t noticing a big improvement

We’re talking all things thyroid health, from what it actually does in the body (regulates metabolism, mood, temperature, and energy) to why thyroid medication isn’t always the whole answer.
