Opened an email from Ingram Spark this morning to see that 316 copies of my book were sold last month! 🎉🎉

For me this work is about legacy. That number represents the possibility of 316 spouses understanding their officer better and how to support them. It represents 316 officers understanding themselves better and how to have a more connected relationship with their family. It’s the children of those families that are positively impacted as a result. THAT is what excites me!

This can be a tough life. Thanks for letting me support you!

A couple months ago Thomas Kerss reached out and shared with me with a LIST of ideas of topics for the Sheriff Association of Texas Administrators conference AND that he wanted me to come keynote for the day. 😳What resulted was me customizing three presentations: Relationship Over Rank, Countering Crisis, and Balance Before Burnout.

Wow! What a day!

These administrators connected and appreciated all of the content BUT their honest and raw participation, appreciations, and comments filled my cup more than they will ever know.
