Our Story

SpeechPathologyApps.com is changing its name and website to www.slpstorytellers.com. We still believe that apps, when used appropriately, can benefit our special kids. However, we would now like to focus on an area that has always been important to slps. That focus is on storybooks and their use in therapy. There are many goals one can reach with storybook therapy; speech, language, reading, pre-reading, inclusion of our students goals in the classroom goals, and more. We are starting our site with two revised books that will provide the SLP with many stories, Read-the-Stories for Articulation and Artic Skits. We also offer the book, I Am Not Sleeping (purchase on https://www.amazon.com/am-not-sleeping-Lavelle-Carlson/dp/1727691393/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1546017853&sr=8-1&keywords=i+am+not+sleeping), storybook for teaching verbs in both English and Spanish. We have re-printed our book, EEK, I Hear a Squeak. On our website we also offer freebies. Our website growth with freebies is an ongoing work. Watch for more freebies as time goes on.
