I officially passed my ACE Certified Personal Trainer exam today! I’m super proud of this one. It took me several months of studying. It was by far the hardest of all of my fitness certifications. 💪🏻

I’m super excited about my class schedule with Denton Parks and Rec for next year! A new class I’m teaching is SilverSneakers. SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for older adults that’s included with many insurance plans. I’m ready to master a new class and continue growing my fitness knowledge. I’m going on 5 years of teaching mostly chair yoga classes and it continues to be a source of happiness and fulfillment in my life. Movement is so vital to our overall health. It’s a privilege that people trust me and enjoy coming to my classes.

I wanted to update you guys on my Thursday 7:00pm virtual class. I’m putting this class on hold for now.

I am teaching 2 in person classes for Denton parks and Rec on Mondays - 10:00am at North lakes Rec Center and 1:30 at the Denton Senior Center. I’ll keep you update if more classes are added!

Mondays are my Denton Parks and Recreation day! 🤗 Check out my schedule around town. Two chances to come practice some chair yoga with us! Classes are affordable and the community is awesome. Starting May 3!

I’ve had to make a lot of schedule changes to my virtual classes since going back to in person classes. I appreciate everyone’s understanding. Unfortunately, I need to cancel my Wednesday 11:30am Chair Class starting in May. I’ve loved being able to provide virtual classes during the pandemic but my in person class schedule is picking back up.

I will still lead class every Thursday night at 7:00pm via zoom! This class is a gentle mat class with the option of a using a chair. Class is donation based.
