Most of the time we don’t even know we feel unsafe because we’ve been operating like that for years.

Somatic yoga gives you permission to check in with your body and be honest about how you actually feel, even if you feel unsafe.

A big part of that work is learning how to cultivate that feeling of safety within yourself 🤍

A poem I wrote after receiving a new kind of understanding about the relationship I had with my father.

“My Father Lived Me Through Broken Glass” perfectly sums up why I do what I do… so people (myself included) don’t have to love people through broken glass.
