Happy International Friendship Day!

Here are a couple ideas to celebrate this day of connection:
1) Give an old friend a phone call to say hello!
2) Write a letter or email (voice to text is a great resource) to a friend who lives far away from you
3) Meet up with a friend for coffee or lunch to catch up
4) Write down a list of all the people who you consider a friend (family counts too!) and take some time to appreciate their role in your life
5) Don't forget to be your own friend! Write or list the ways you think you've been a good friend over the years.
