The Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD) seeks to enhance the independence and quality of life for people who are elderly or disabled and their families. Our Trusts:
The Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD) was established by a volunteer Board of Directors in 1994 to develop a supplemental needs trust. The purpose of the trust is to protect a person's Suppleme

ntal Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid from being impacted should they receive funds that would make them ineligible for these or other public benefits. Private Services:
CFPD Private Services is the fee-for-service component to the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities. Services offered: Private Case Management, Conservatorships, Trust Advisory Services and Representative Payee. We draw on the years of experience and expertise of the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities.
