Who else has been feeling the ups and downs of quarantine emotions? I have gone to crushing goals and projects I have now had the time to focus on to laying on the couch all day and hitting the continue watching button on Netflix over and over.

I have lately been spending my time in nature and taking this time to really appreciate the people in my life. I am realizing this weird time has almost been needed for me to take a “reset” and realize what is most important to me. Sometimes it’s ok to take a deep breath and jump back in when you are ready.
Missing the PHISH crew more than ever this weekend. Can’t wait to be dancing with you all virtually from our living room 🐠 ⭕️ 🕺🏽

One last day of the 7 day challenge! What’s one more?

Day 7: AMRAP challenge

As many rounds as possible
Set your timer for 20 minutes

20 Seal Jacks
20 Hip Hinges
20 Squat Pulses
20 Renegade Rows
20 Toe Touches

Your goal is to complete as many rounds of these exercises as possible in the 20 minutes!

THEN..... a 1 mile run/ power walk!

Last day let’s end strong 💪

7 Day Challenge!!!
We needed a change of scenery
Remember get outside and change it up.

Day 5: 1000 REPS

100 Glute Bridges: option lay flat on back
100 Oblique Crunches: 50 each side
100 Incline Pushups
100 Front/Lateral Raise: 50 total
100 Star Jumps: take the jump out if needed
100 Jumping Jacks: option to step out
100 Weighted Sumo Squats
100 Overhead Walking Lunges
100 Front Kicks: take out jump if needed
100 Mountain climbers: Left Right =1

Any order any amount of reps at a time! You split it up how you want it!

Remember to sub modifications where you need❤️

7 day challenge
Day 4: Restore

Remember recovery needs to be a part of your routine. So Today take the time to rest and recover your body. So here’s your challenge:

Drink water: atleast half your body weight in ounces.

Set a timer for 20 minutes and stretch
- Try to hold each stretch for a minimum of 20 seconds
- Foam Roll
-use a wall
-use a strap, belt or towel

7 Day Workout Challenge!

Day 3: The Mile Challenge

12 Step Ups total - curb, chair, or textbooks
12 Upright Rows - staggered stance if needed
12 V -Ups - Option to do alt. V-Ups
12 Goblet Squats- Option for body weight squats
12 Thrusters- Option for Loaded squats
1 minute rest
Repeat 4x🤪
Then....
Run or Power Walk 1 mile

*Try to take minimal rest between exercises
