The scale is an a$$hole and I said what I said.
It doesn't know how hard you worked this week. It doesn't see the muscle you built, the energy you gained, the clothes fitting different, or the fact that you actually enjoyed your meals without guilt for the first time in months.
A number does not measure your progress. Your strength does. Your consistency does. The way you feel when you wake up does.
