The scale is an a$$hole and I said what I said.

It doesn't know how hard you worked this week. It doesn't see the muscle you built, the energy you gained, the clothes fitting different, or the fact that you actually enjoyed your meals without guilt for the first time in months.
A number does not measure your progress. Your strength does. Your consistency does. The way you feel when you wake up does.

But here's the truth: 15 to 30 minutes exists in your day. It's just a matter of deciding you're worth it.
Movement doesn't have to be intense, extreme, or perfect. It just has to be consistent — and sustainable enough to maintain for life. That might look like a 30-minute at-home workout, a 15-minute walk, a quick stretch, or a few moments to simply breathe and reset.

Whatever it is, it counts. And it adds up.
