“I can sort of see a difference… until I look at pictures.”

That’s what D told us after losing 20 lbs, gaining muscle, and finding a strength she never thought possible again. But this isn’t just about numbers on a scale, it’s about taking her life back.

Before NBS, D’s story was all too familiar:

▪️She lost 100 lbs on her own in 2009 but struggled to keep it off
▪️A back surgery that was supposed to help didn’t
▪️Years of extreme dieting and low calories, but nothing stuck
▪️Vertigo, weight regain, and comfort eating kept pulling her back
▪️She wanted to be healthy for her grandbaby but felt stuck in the cycle

She had tried everything.
The diets, the spreadsheets, the meal plans, the workouts.

And yet,the results never lasted.

So what changed?

For D, the missing piece wasn’t willpower,it was a strategy that actually worked for her life. She didn’t need another extreme diet.
