I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Denver, CO. I provide both in-person and remote therapy services. I look forward to working with you.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and teens, and their families, in navigating conflict and mental health challenges. I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and their families in navigating mental health, familial, and other life challenges. I work with youth of all ages who are struggling with work emotion regulation, mood disorders, family conflict, anxiety

, ADHD, school related problems, and more. I also specialize in being a compassionate space for young adults to navigate life transitions. I have years of experience working with youth and their families in the school system, so I understand the many challenges that families navigate. Therapy with me helps youth learn coping strategies, how to overcome negative thought patterns, and self-advocacy and communication skills. I also work with families to increase healthy communication, strengthen relationships, build a deeper sense of understanding between family members. I foster a safe, empathetic space for you and/or your family to grow in communication, trust, and insight, as well as practical skills to challenge mood, anxiety, and attention related disorders.
