Leo season is here — and it’s time to shine. This fiery SUP Yoga event invites you to take up space, radiate joy, and celebrate your most vibrant self.

We’ll begin in circle with a short Leo season reflection: boldness, self-expression, and heart-centered courage. Then we’ll head onto the water for a solar-powered yoga flow designed to stoke your inner fire. Expect playful transitions, strong heart and core work, and breath practices that help you roar (yes, Lion’s Breath is making an appearance).

After class, we’ll celebrate with golden fruit, sparkling drinks, and a little Leo flair — think sunflowers, sunshine, and unapologetic sparkle.
