I just slept for 11 hours 🤯😴 and I’m feeling gooooood!
I’ve always been a hard sleeper, even working night shifts and 2-3 jobs, sleep always came easily and deeply.
Since I’ve having kids my sleep slowly but surely turned into a disaster of frequent waking, frustrated tossing and turning, and instead of looking forward to some deep rest, I started dreading the long, restless night.
About 6 months ago I finally said enough, and started reading, learning and sought help. A naturopathic doctor, an acupuncturist, a heavy metal detox, adrenal support, smart supplementation, stress reduction (meditation is AMAZING for sleep), new boundaries and a super supportive husband who saw the need for me to rest have brought me back into balance.
