Can we talk about… Integration?
The real work of Kambo doesn’t end when the dots fade. The ceremony may be over, but the medicine is still working, rippling through your body, mind, and spirit. Integration is where transformation truly takes root.
But let’s be real—it doesn’t happen all at once.
Healing isn’t linear. There’s no perfect way to integrate. You don’t have to “nail” all the lessons overnight. The patterns you’re working through? You might meet them again. Even after Kambo. Even after Ayahuasca. Even after the deepest ceremonies.
And that’s okay.
Because awareness is everything.
✨ You might notice yourself slipping into old habits—but now, you see it.
✨ You might feel the urge to go back to what no longer serves you—but now, you pause.
✨ You might not always choose differently—but now, you know you have a choice.
And that’s the work.
Integration isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being present. It’s about meeting yourself with compassion and choosing, moment by moment, to move in the direction of what feels true.
One day at a time. One breath at a time.
You don’t have to rush it. The medicine will keep working with you. And you’re exactly where you need to be.
