Did you know I am pivoting my business?

I have served the bodies of my community through massage and bodywork and during this time have developed a deep wealth of knowledge and skills surrounding the energetic and physical bodies. Still, the tough nature of this physical work is unsustainable.

Over the past three years ( and really the last 15), I have developed the skills to guide individuals into deeper self-knowledge through active listening, insightful reflections, and powerful questions.

The coaching relationship leads to greater self-awareness to tackle internal obstacles and harness the power of your values and habits to access greater motivation, and discipline and take ownership of your life!

Sessions are 45 minutes long, and the coaching alliance typically lasts from six weeks to three months.

The weekly meetings offer an optimal environment to access accountability, sustained achievement of goals, and overall greater belief in oneself that leads to lasting and personal change.

Whether your goals are physical, intellectual, emotional, or relational, adding a personal coach to your repertoire of self-help is invaluable!

She owns her own private practice, True Self Wellness, where she specializes in trauma processing. You can find her seeking out and enjoying nature, creating amazing delights in the kitchen and loving on her dog and two cats."

" Eleanor Evans is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist with a background in Integrative Health Care. She is an old soul with a big heart and a desire to make people feel seen, heard and valued. She works with highly functioning humans to increase their self awareness and to achieve life balance, lower levels of stress and over all greater well being in their bodies, minds and souls. You can find her in bodies of water or happily humming songs throughout the day."
