✨ F R I D A Y CELEBRATIONS✨
Something I’m celebrating this week is keeping my commitments to myself.
What this looked like this week:
👉🏻all 10 hill sprints when my legs hurt
👉🏻meditating 5 days in a row
👉🏻staying mindful of my water intake
👉🏻working on my coaching business during the time I set aside for it
This is not something that I’ve always been good at. In fact, I find myself needing to checkin with myself to recalibrate often. The reality of being a wife, mom, friend, coach is that I LOVE to take care of my people. AND- I know I can only do that to the best of my ability of I take care of MYSELF too.
