He is also quite talented with Thai massage, which is a dynamic, ancient healing technique from Thailand that combines acupressure, and assisted yoga stretches, often called "lazy man's yoga," to improve flexibility, energy flow, and reduce pain. It is typically performed on a mat with the client clothed, so if you are uncomfortable getting undressed, this is the modality for you!
