We are continuing with a look at the body by moving from the pelvic floor to the lower back, We are happy to have Dr. James Westover with us today. Jimmy is a Sports Medicine Chiropractor with many accolades to his name. He is going to discuss the structure of the lower back with us today. But never fear, he will be back to discuss some of the myths about the lower back in a future episode.

"Is it HOT in here?" Let's discuss the changes that happen in our bodies when menopause occurs. We are so excited to have the wonderful Dr. Bernie Bank with us for this episode! Dr. Bernie is an OBGYN who works with the community in Spokane, Washington. She has a passion for helping women and advancing understanding of health in women. She has some great insight into the changes and treatment of women in menopause and beyond.

Brussel sprout and salmon salad.
- quarter the Brussels sprouts
- dice red, orange, and yellow sweet peppers
- cook the salmon 2 minutes on each side
- while the salmon is cooling, mix the brussel sprouts and peppers with balsamic vinegar and olive oil (I used butter infused olive oil), salt and pepper
- once the salmon is cooled pick the layers apart with your fingers
- mix the salmon in with the brussel sprouts and peppers
- chill for an hour or two
- serve and enjoy!

I also tried a helping with feta on top which gave a creamy flavor.
