The Kitchen Mistress

The Kitchen Mistress was originally started as a personal chef company, to assist and support busy families, professionals, athletes, go-getter's and hustlers in their daily eating habits and needs, especially those with specific dietary requirements. Over the last 9 years, we have worked with hundreds of clients, including a 3-year Private Chef position with Denver Broncos' Von Miller {who became a Super Bowl Champion and MVP under my nutritional care} as well as his family and numerous teammates. Grabbing a Holistic Health Coach Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2016 really opened my eyes to being of service to so many more and making a bigger impact through food, community, holistic approach to health and wellness and pure plant medicine.
