Since opening our doors 25 years ago, The Wellness Center has been home to more than 250 staff and practitioners. Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Naturopathic Doctors have all shared their practices with us and our community. Our team is highly unique in their level of expertise, some with more than 20 years of experience. In an industry where the average massage therapy career length is 3-5 years, we strive to create a healthy space and environment that supports both the practitioner and the clients who benefit from their care.

Do you want to check in with your massage therapist before the session begins? We think you should be able to! And we don't think that time should be deducted from your time on the table. At the franchises, every minute you spend explaining your injury, pain point or goals to your massage therapist is a minute you lose on bodywork.

When you book a 1 hour massage, we give you a 1 hour massage. Just make sure you arrive on time!

Abigail has extensive training in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Somatic Emotional Release. She also specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and Myofascial Release techniques. In treatment, Abigails approach is versatile as she utilizes a combination of many techniques from Swedish to NMT to CST.
