Yep, the DCC/SLB triathlon relay race team (me and my oldest son Andrew) will be back for 3 races in 2025. Xterra Lory, the LG Tri in Gypsum, CO and the Stagecaoch gravel tri in Steamboat. I swim and bike, Andy runs. Never stop competing.

It doesn't take much to build out a home gym. The stuff you see here was about $1200. This is actually the gym in my chiropractic clinic. Similar set up at the house. While the initial investment may seem high, the savings in gym memberships and time far outweigh it. The rack is the Rogue Monster Lite 3. The bands are from crossover symmetry. Kettlebells are the Yes-4-All brand on amazon.

Our Story

Meredith and I met in 2001 at a Colorado Avalanche game and were married less than a year later. We have 3 very active boys. Skiing, ice hockey, baseball, mountain biking, running, etc. Trying to keep up with the kids, stay healthy, and stay young, that’s the goal. We think we’re doing a pretty good job, that recent pic above is all of us in Hawai’i. We’ll share what we do with you guys.

We believe in eating clean (98% of the time), training smart, training hard, and getting outside. We think you guys should be healthy from the inside out. We dabble in CrossFit, triathlon training, mountain biking, skiing, running, hockey, etc. We like to do a lot of different stuff. Eating should never be boring. Training should never be boring. And your life should never be boring.
