Meredith and I met in 2001 at a Colorado Avalanche game and were married less than a year later. We have 3 very active boys. Skiing, ice hockey, baseball, mountain biking, running, etc. Trying to keep up with the kids, stay healthy, and stay young, that’s the goal. We think we’re doing a pretty good job, that recent pic above is all of us in Hawai’i. We’ll share what we do with you guys.
We believe in eating clean (98% of the time), training smart, training hard, and getting outside. We think you guys should be healthy from the inside out. We dabble in CrossFit, triathlon training, mountain biking, skiing, running, hockey, etc. We like to do a lot of different stuff. Eating should never be boring. Training should never be boring. And your life should never be boring.
