This current topic discussing how we need to “shock” our bones 🦴, first came out a few years ago, published by NASA 🚀, stating that bone density is critical for health and longevity! ♾️
And once again the Shaolin monks ⛩️ had already created a solution to this problem within the Art, by having every area incorporate “shocking” movement. 🤜 💥
From our “frog jumps” in our warm up exercises, to our hopping, jumping and leaping in our various animal 🐅 forms and techniques!
And of course, our “Fa Jing” in our internal styles. ☯️
