ok real talk—some people think i’m a little too extra when it comes to yoga & this whole “loving lotus co.” thing. but honestly? pouring my heart & energy into theming my classes & curating tools like this new journey essence blend keeps me grounded & aligned in ways i can’t even put into words. ✨🌿

for me, yoga has always been about more than just movement—it’s a space for reflection, growth, & connection. & sometimes i feel like creating these themes is kinda selfish (not gonna lie), because they keep me on track & continually find ways to align & evolve.

& then, something magical happens: it resonates with you. 💫 when a student comes up after class & tells me they felt my energy or connected with the theme—it’s the BEST compliment ever 🥹 it reminds me why i do this. 💛

i decided to make this month’s theme APARIGRAHA aka non-attachment —the art of letting go of control & trusting the process. & of course, that inspired this new blend i created to use throughout class. it’s floral, citrusy, & grounding all at once—it’s honestly feels like a big exhale. 🌸🍋✨
