Sitting here in Holbox, Mexico, I’m in awe of how different my life feels now.
Just a year ago, I was stuck in survival mode—anxious, frozen, overwhelmed by trauma from a toxic relationship. My nervous system was fried. I couldn’t make clear decisions, trust myself, or see a way forward.
Everything changed when I found Radiant Body Yoga, a fusion of vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, kundalini, mantra, and meditation.
From a neuroscience perspective, this style of yoga supports nervous system healing by:
