Just returned to town and Roux and I are taking it easy, today's lunch is a pantry raid. Sauteed mushrooms and garlic in g*i lan and marinara, paired with boxed orecchiette and cream with pecorino.

There’s plenty of anyone has some crusty bread to trade for a bowl.

As this R&D trip comes to a close, I'm excited to dive into menu writing. Seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques are at the forefront of my creative process, and February promises a thrilling shift into the early spring harvest.

Visiting DC, Philly, and NYC was truly a delight and I can’t wait to get back in the kitchen making memories with all of you.
