As I navigate my inner world, I encounter walls that hinder my ability to love myself and others completely. These walls, formed by judgment, comparison, and assumption, hold me back.

I reconnect with Mother Earth, and I am reminded to embrace and love what is alive in the moment, what is real. It may seem effortless when everything is going smoothly, but life has its twists.

I just wanted to remind you that it's okay to feel frustration, pain, and unease. These emotions also deserve unconditional love to be acknowledged and trusted as part of our journey. The urge to fix and change can pull us away from the present moment. Sometimes, all it takes is a deep breath, fully experiencing our feelings, and accepting them. (Although, at times, this can take a while to recognize or even process, and that's okay, too.)

I love using this organ blend in eggs, meats, and stews... but I really changed the game when I decided to blend it with salt, chili powder, and nutritional yeast to top off our homemade popcorn! ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿป

We received some fresh corn kernels from our local CSA and I've been hesitant to cook homemade popcorn for my first time. After some googling, it seemed to be a pretty easy process and I had to whip up a yummy blend of spices to toss it in!

For 1/2 a cup of popcorn kernels popped, I used:

As the cold winds of Vata season sweep in, I find myself attuning to the rhythm of nature. The cool, dry energy of this season infiltrates our bodies, causing irregular digestion, nervous system imbalances, and a pervasive dryness that touches our bones and tissues.

To combat the cold's effects, I turn to warming rituals. Hot water, spiced teas, and golden yolky milk lattes become my allies, trading in smoothies and salads for more soups and stews. This transition reflects the wisdom of adapting to the astringent dryness of nature, which also permeates our internal landscape. ๐Ÿž

During this season, I boost my oil consumption, infusing more Ghee into my meals and incorporating daily CCF tea for digestion and elimination.
