Amarsi - breathwork & crystals I am fully devoted to helping you heal yourself through breathwork, self-mastery, crystals, and community. Amarsi means to love oneself and to love each other.

Those are the principles that guide my journey as a master breathwork facilitator, crystal curator, seeker, and mother. Breathwork found me in a pivotal time in my life, as I was taking on enormous personal challenges and diving deep into self-discovery. Its profound capabilities fueled my vision to create a community through healing, transformation, crystals, and the power of breath. I’m exploring where anxiety began for me in childhood. With my recent grief, I’ve been feeling anxious and it feels very young. I feel a sense of innocence and helplessness around it. I’m curious where it all began, and will be exploring that, while being grateful that I can breathe my way through it and hold myself while I’m in it.

Embracing my new single era…
Heartbreak is both devastating and what forges a soul’s gold. I chose me - as much as that hurt 😞
I’ve been here before, and am determined to come out of this stronger and magnetize something even greater ❤️‍🔥
It’s no coincidence that I am leading a group of women to Egypt this month. We are ready to be activated by the ancient wisdom and receive the ultimate cosmic glow up✨

The 1111 portal is a great day for aligning with universal energy for healing and growth, and IMO two of the fastest ways to grow are by doing shadow work and breathwork.

I am serious when I say I got just as much out of facilitating this Wednesday’s group as the 46 people who did breathwork did. Wow! Full moon breathwork always packs a punch, especially with such a full house of open hearts. Thank you to everyone who showed up! Thank you for the stunning space and community. Today marks five years since my mother passed. And today would have also been her 84th birthday 🥹
Grief is such an interesting part of life - a living, visceral representation of the love that came first ❤️

It’s the full moon and I cannot wait to hold space tonight at (we have a record number of people coming!). Simultaneously, I’m moving through my own process of grief balanced with gratitude. And nothing soothes my soul more than being in service to others ❤️‍🩹

Thank you for finding this space and honoring me with your curiosity. Breathwork found me at a pivotal time in my life, while I was dealing with enormous personal challenges. I honor and have benefitted from many teachers and healing modalities, each of which were important as I rebuilt my life. And I knew from the first time I did breathwork that I had discovered a beautiful tool with a profound capability to heal and connect, and felt called to dive deep into it. To say I have been transformed by this powerful practice is an understatement.​

Now it is my privilege and duty to share this work with as many people as I can. To hold space and be in service is the ultimate expression of my gratitude for my new life, led with an open, connected heart. With an end goal of creating a beautiful community, through healing, transformation, crystals, and the power of the breath, I invite you to connect with me and ultimately yourself.
