Happy November! ✨🍂 ✨I’ve been living the rituals of rest, release, unraveling, reading, movement and mysticism—all leading up to an incubation space on a sailboat to finalize the 2026 SOL VIDA Roadmap and the first revision of my book, The Unschooling Chronicles. ✍🏽⛵️

I’m stepping into the energy of being a STEWARD of SOL VIDA, realizing it’s truly about invoking the power of the sun and rainbow light. What a gift to help transmit this energy of possibility and freedom! It is the Axé—it is when we feel the spirit, so let’s keep getting near it.

✨🏳️‍🌈✨ PROUD AF! ✨💃🏽🪩💖🌟

During The Embodied Revolution: PRIDE Dance Crew, within a spirit-led healing arts circle, I posed the question, ""What makes you PROUD?"" 🌈🔮✨

Holding space for a beautiful group of QTBIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, and fierce allies... the answers were emotional, raw, and deeply real. 😢💖 We all found ourselves sharing vulnerable parts of ourselves – some moments brought tears, and many centered on the profound experience of being in THIS space. A space that wholeheartedly welcomed every part of us: our joy 🎉, our grief 💔, our sadness 😥, and the struggles of embodying all our identities. ✊🏽🌟

As I reflect on another epic and incredible artistic leadership development experience, I am overflowing with PRIDE. ✨👑 Proud of staying steadfast to my dreams, of trusting those intuitive nudges that whispered, "You're crazy, but do it anyway!"🚀💫 I'm proud of the persistence to chase a dream for several years and witness its manifestation in such a fulfilling, full-circle way. 🔄💖

I always envisioned creating an experience in this very studio, in this city, for my people – my former high school students, now grown adults. 👯‍♀️ A space for interns to hone their production skills 🛠️, for perimenopausal individuals like myself navigating swift body changes 🦋, for q***rs who don't feel safe being their authentic selves elsewhere 🏳️‍🌈 sanctuaries, and for leaders who desperately need to refill their wells and recreate who they are. 🌱💧

Yes, I am incredibly PROUD and so grateful to be able to create radically inclusive spaces for authentic expression. 🌈🥳 To feel the spirit of my community, across all generations, coming together to dance 💃🏽🕺🏽, grow 🌱, connect 🤝, create 🎨, and simply be whoever we need to be right now.
