"I Just Got Diagnosed with Cancer, Now What?"
40% of Americans will Be Diagnosed with within their Lifetimes, Learn How to Treat it for You or a Loved One: https://www.pmccdenver.com/navigation-online
----------
Regardless of how I paint myself as a preventive oncologist, in the near future I will continue to also work with the (currently) 40% of Americans who have or will eventually get an invasive cancer within their lifetimes. Again, this will likely amount to 1.9 million people in just 2024 alone.
But it's not a question of being worried or scared, it's about being prepared.
When someone understands that they have cancer (remember: cancer typically develops within 2-10 years before symptoms appear), it's a heavy, overwhelming moment that opens the doors to a lot of anxiety.
But whether one has cancer or not, I want to provide everyone the skills that they need so that it's not overwhelming, and to help the community create a path to success, that the hospital system is ill-equipped to provide.
Nothing like this exists, as far as I know.
That's why I am hosting my first ever, "Cancer Navigation Online 2-Day Workshop"
on September 24th + 25th, at 1p MST (Denver).
We will answer these questions for you personally:
1. Do you know how to compile your cancer team?
2. Do you understand the various testing modalities and why they are key?
3. Do you have a full, clear understanding of all treatment options available for your cancer, and which make more sense 4. to navigate?
5. Which care do you advocate for?
6. Do you know how to navigate the hospital system?
7. Do you know the best approach to take to achieve remission?
8. Do you know the ideal methods to cope with the actual treatment?
*In module 1, we'll cover the diagnosis, understanding the results, and building your team.
*In module 2, we'll cover bio and tumor markers. We'll look at genetic and molecular testing and how they impact treatment.
*In module 3, we'll cover treatment options, including detailing non-metastatic diseases, and life/quality of life prolonging treatment for metastatic cancer situations, and reviewing all treatment options.
*In module 4, We'll discuss how to stay proactive with side-effects, including nausea, hair-loss, weight changes, and possibly infections. Review the role of gut health and nutrition. Mindfulness and stress reduction to help with coping. We'll also cover exercise and muscle strength to improve resilience.
Do you have your plan ready? Let's build your plan, together, in the comfort of your living room, whether for you, or for someone else.
By the way: IF THERE IS SOMEONE YOU KNOW WITH CANCER - Please, please invite them to attend, this is critical for the success of their remission.
Again --- since you are a subscriber-- I want to provide you this training to you with 50% off, so just $28.
That's 5 hours of my time, plus Q&A, on this life-saving subject, for $28. Everyone will have a family member who will at some point get cancer. Don't be scared, get prepared.

I am charging you the $28 because I really want for you to attend! I am not able to provide these online trainings often, so please take advantage of this unique opportunity.
I know it's during the day, so there is an option to get lifetime recordings of the most updated workshop I do, so anything I add to the workshop in the future, will always updated in your account.
Additionally, if you get the recordings, I'll invite you to my special live online course on Improving Gut Health (date/time TBD).
Although -- I really encourage you to attend live with me over Zoom.

I can't emphasize enough -- the goal should always be to prevent cancer, however we can't ignore that as of now 40% of Americans will be diagnosed with an invasive cancer within their lifetime. Let's be prepared.
If you have questions about the workshop, please reply back and let the team know.
Wishing you a blessed weekend,
