She stresses the importance of micronutrients over macronutrients, focusing on the quality of calories and not the quantity. Denise doesn’t believe in dieting nor does she believe any one eating style is right for everyone. Instead, she helps determine what works best for each individual client and guides them to eating healthy, nutritious foods they enjoy and that leave them feeling great. Denise writes monthly newsletters filled with tips, recommendations, inspiration and tasty recipes that she shares with clients and her contact list.
