Knowing a hero is an honor, having loved ones who serve in these capacities is an honor, seeing the journeys of some of these heroic and resilient professionals who have been frontlines to so much is an honor, sharing life with a hero is an honor.

In whatever way we have known these heroic professionals who offer their humanity to our nation, the cost and sacrifice paid is not taken lightly and the bravery and inspiration of their protection and heart deserves unending gratitude.

As we pursue new years goals in 2025, remember it’s a sweet gift to do so. As we pursue resiliency and adventure in whatever way that looks like for our story, it’s equally important to integrate the pursuit of deep connection, gratitude and all things life giving.

Show up in ways that are healthy and that your emotional bandwidth allows for and increase as needed.

Offer a response to that sweet gift by exchanging a life giving moment to another, and often.
