While there is not a specific number of medications that determines when it becomes harmful or dangerous, we do know that taking too many or unnecessary medications can increase the risk of health problems such as falls, hospitalizations and mental decline. It can also lead to harmful drug interactions or prescriptions
for even more medications to counteract drug side effects. To ensure residents take only the medications essential to their well-being and to reduce the risk for potential harms associated with excessive medication use, here are some proactive steps that you can take.

It's National Influenza Vaccination Week, but our commitment to community health goes beyond just flu shots!
We offer a comprehensive range of vaccination services to keep our communities and staff healthy and protected.
In fact, in September and October alone, our dedicated pharmacy team administered over 900 vaccinations!
