Pelvic health hot take pt 3! But also this one is pretty cold, especially with my community

How do you feel about your pelvic & seggs ed you had in school?

Have any other hot takes? Let’s hear em!

Recorded this weeks ago but never got around to posting after state of the world stuff knocked my nervous system out for a little…

One more hot take (for now) in next vid. 🔥

I’m curious - what do you all think of these hot takes?? Do you have a pelvic floor therapy hot take?

01/13/2026

Hot takes! Pelvic health style. 🔥🔥

My first hot take..everyone should be getting their pelvic health addressed in some way!

Even if you don’t have symptoms, you can do wellness visits (usually out of pocket only for this bc insurance is a farttt)

Everyone has a pelvic floor and everyone p*es and poops! It’s time we care for this sector of our health.

Plus pelvic health is so misunderstood that you can have symptoms and not even realize it or know it’s related!

Let me know your thoughts on this one. 👇🏼

Stay tuned for pt2!

Looking for guided support on a new years resolution? Let's all go into this new year with a relaxed pelvic floor.

What does this help with? It helps you keep out pain, prevent leaking, increase your pleasure response, make it easier to release stool, reduce urinary urgency, and more!

Go through a 30 day plan with activities for each day (that actually feels functional/doable), and full descriptions for each.
Check off when you completed your day's activities, and take notes on the experience along the way.

There's a video library with tutorials for different activities along the way.

Ladies, gents, enbies and everything in between…here’s your New Year’s resolution and how to hop on achieving it:

Does your pelvic floor need relaxing?

If you have a hard time releasing stool, feel the need to p*e all the time, have a strong urge to p*e, experience painful insertion, have pelvic pain, or so much more, then yes you likely have to relax the pelvic floor!

Here’s a 30 day challenge to commit yourself to this goal.

There’s a laid out plan, descriptions for each day, and a video library for tutorials.

Comment “RELAX” to get releasing!
