Hello Relief We sell handcrafted Heat/Cold Packs. Put them in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and you are good to go for instant pain relief. You can also get unscented packs.

The packs are 75% organic flax seed grown in North Dakota. Flax is a flower seed rather than a grain, so they are made up of 40% oil / 60% water.... whereas grains are mostly water and have very little oil content....a lot of variation depending on the grain. The great thing about that is that oil doesn't evaporate when heating multiple times over the years and oil holds heat long than water with each use. Grains heated multiple times lose their water content quickly and end up smelling like burnt popcorn. The other 25% is organic white rice. This is needed to add additional moisture when the pack is heated. Rice is the best grain because it retains its water content longer than other grains with its hard outer coating. Other grains we've seen used are barley, corn, wheat....all of which will smell terrible after several months of use. We also add 1/4 cup dried organic French Lavender Buds grown in Washington state lavender farms for aromatherapy.
