In Lao culture, this ritual is called Song Nam Phra 💧

A gentle pouring of water over Buddha statues as a way to cleanse, release, and carry blessings into the new year.

I’m excited to share this tradition as part of my one-year celebration and floating sound bath, creating space not just to relax, but to celebrate, reset and begin again.

The most perfect way to spend spring equinox…being cared for, refreshed, and stepping into a new season with a little extra glow through a Mary Kay Pamper Session with

I’ll admit, I had an outdated idea of what Mary Kay was, but this experience surprised me in the best way. Thoughtful products, a focus on clean ingredients, and that post-facial glow that lingers.

The lip scrub and microdermabrasion had my skin feeling incredibly soft.

And what made it even more special, supporting Stacy, a kind and knowledgeable woman in my community.

I’m excited to collaborate with fellow sound practitioners Kim McNaughton of and Neena Raquel of .sonicwellness to transform the Broomfield Crescent Grange into a sound sanctuary.

Experience something more expansive than a traditional sound bath, three of us weaving sound together to create layers of vibration that feel fuller, deeper, and more immersive. Reiki will be offered throughout to support energetic balance.
