Spring is near. The garden is calling. Prince, my Pomeranian, turned 10 (and yes, he’s still banned from virtual sound baths for snoring 🐶✨).

Life has been full lately through fostering pups, celebrating community, and watching this beautiful space continue to grow. Through it all, I’ve felt a quiet heart expansion that feels softer, steadier, more open.

That energy is what I bring into our sessions.

I didn’t capture many photos or videos for Friday night’s Gathered in Love Sound Bath… but maybe that’s because I was meant to feel it instead.

The session was full, and then two more beautiful souls arrived due to a registration miscommunication.

We began late. I didn’t have anymore mats.

And the room responded with grace.

Without hesitation, people shifted.
They made space.
They offered up extra mats they brought but didn’t need.
Everyone welcomed them in.

No frustration. No ego. Just kindness.

I’m still in awe of the beautiful humans who filled that room.

Gathered in Love wasn’t just the name of the session, it was the energy in the room.

The year began exactly how it needed to.

A New Year, Aligned Sound Bath + Tea Gathering on 1/17 in collaboration with Dr. Landon of Body RES. We started with breath, transitioned into sound, and closed with tea, connection, and shared reflections.

People came from all over the city (Colorado Springs, Centennial, Arvada, etc.), and the office transformed into a space of calm, presence, and community.

So grateful for this collaboration, for every person who showed up, and for beginning the year in alignment.
