It’s challenge time… who are our MOST Avid Gym Goers?!

Earn points all month long by completing various DGF activities and the top participants will win a DGF price and bragging rights!

How to you earn points?

⭐️ Check in at the gym = 1 point
⭐️ Attend a group fitness class = 3 points
⭐️ Complete a PT session = 5 points
⭐️ Join a small group training session = 4 points
BONUS
⭐️ Bring a friend (non-member) to a PT session = 3 points
⭐️ Post a gym-related photo on social media and tag us = 2 points (max 2x / week)

Points will be tracked by our staff and posted on the leaderboard which will be displayed and updated on the TV behind the front desk!
