I am a kind and patient teacher and love to spread my joy of my yoga practice. I specialize in Vinyasa and in each class work up to a flow with one breath and one movement. I connect well with everyone and guide classes in a fun, creative and relaxing way that is great for everyone. I strive to be an inspiration and allow students to shine their true light during their practice.
